Torch system waterproofing
Torch system waterproofing technique involves the use of a heated torch to melt the surface layer of the membrane. Despite this procedure, the torch on membrane waterproofing method is still considered environmentally-friendly, making it an effective and reliable solution for waterproofing projects.
The membrane layer is made up of polymers and bitumen that provide a strong layer protection against moisture and dampness. Its exceptional durability makes torch system more effective in stopping water from pooling on certain surface area.
Types of Torch On Membrane
There are basically two kinds of torch on membrane – Atactic Polypropylene Plastic modified asphalt (APP) and Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS).
The Atactic Polypropylene Plastic modified asphalt technique uses a heated torch to melt the material. On the other hand, Styrene Butadiene Styrene is a kind of rubber-modified asphalt that does not torch well enough, but is suitable for areas that require highly flexible sheets and built up walls.
Advantages
• Excellent resistance to aging and weathering
• Resistant to roots and fungus
• Fast & easy application (Application friendly)
• Highly elastic / Isotropic properties.
• Flexibility at low temperature
• Stability at high temperature
• Very high resistance to impact & puncture
Traffic & Industrial Coating
A coating technology protects an owner’s investment by protecting the reinforcing steel and concrete.
Epoxy flooring is a unique floor material that has steadily grown in popularity. Flooring surface that comprises multiple layers of epoxy that is applied to a floor with a depth of at least two millimeters.
Confusion typically arises when comparing an epoxy floor and epoxy floor coating. The difference between the two lies in the depth of the epoxy – as stated, epoxy floors are classified as an epoxy coating of at least two millimeters thick. Any epoxy floor less than two millimeters thick is commonly referred to as an epoxy floor coating.
Advantages
• Offers a hard-wearing durable surface able to withstand heavy and continuous traffic
• Quick and easy to install, requiring no layout, cutting additional adhesives, or special tools or equipment
• Durable and easy to clean
• Ideal for warehouses and industrial applications
• Resists oil stains and water
• Creates a seamless surface that can last many years
• Can be combined with paints and colors to mask off chips and cracks
• Provides a chemically resistant surface ideal for manufacturing plants
• Offers enhanced safety when the surface contains anti-slip additives
• Can be applied in different patterns to create visible driveways and/or identify walkable areas
• Prevents wear and tear on existing concrete floors
• May be compatible with self-leveling products that can be applied over new or old concrete, depending on the product
• Requires little or no major maintenance
Concrete repair & and pile head treatment
Concrete repair is the process of fixing a hardened concrete surface that over time has lost the ability to hold the binding concrete materials together due to damage or environmental exposure.
The Pile Head Treatment is the final working step of a successful piling and foundation system. Every pile has to be protected against chloride and sulphate attacks on the reinforcement caused by the soil and groundwater. It also has to assure that there will be no passage of water from the ground to the substructure.

Pond & Lakes lining system
Pond/Lake liner is an impermeable geomembrane used for retention of liquids, including the lining of reservoirs, retention basins, hazardous and nonhazardous surface impoundments, garden ponds and artificial streams in parks and gardens.
Our lake/pond liners can be produced to any size and specification. Lakes and ponds are a beautiful aquatic resource that not only offers visual and entertainment appeal, but also serves as habitat for numerous forms of wildlife.

Crystalline Waterproofing System
Crystalline waterproofing is a technology that involves the development of crystals to help achieve watertight concrete structures. AMR crystalline waterproofing technology is available as a waterproof coating for concrete, or an integral admixture for concrete, for use in both above and below grade applications.
Crystalline waterproofing systems rely on a technology that turns porous concrete in to an impermeable barrier. The result is a structure with reduced cracking, self-sealing and waterproofing abilities which provides a powerful defense against water damage and corrosion of reinforcing steel.

Liquid Applied Waterproofing System
Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane Systems (LAM’s) are protective coatings and are either of one or two component, usually Acrylic, Polyurethane, Bituminous base, or a hybrid combination. … Monolithic system i.e. without joints. They can be installed easily on any contour surface.
Benefits of Liquid Waterproofing Membrane over other conventional methods
The benefits of this process lies in its simplicity to apply. The joint free process is the most important benefit as there is significantly no chances of seepage of water unlike in roll sheet WPM and other water proofing methods. The contractor can cover larger area in a day and if applied next day can start overlapping the layer finished last day with spray liquid waterproofing membrane.
The systems feature coatings have elongation properties, durability, flexibility, abrasion, chemical resistance providing successful installation. The liquid waterproofing membrane provides optimized performance and also most importantly longevity.
Thus this method of waterproofing is time saving process and also no need to shut down the other works as if applied in morning gets dry and strong till afternoon. It saves a lot of labor cost, and gives maximum quality results.
While sheets and other membranes degrade over time, liquid applied waterproofing provides a long lasting effects. When applied over concrete surface it fills the cracks of the concrete creating a protective vapor barrier system, penetrates in concrete up to a depth of 20 mm and maintains a water tight seal, thus increasing the strength of concrete.
Expansion Joint & re-injection hose
Expansion joints are installed to manage the coefficient of thermal expansion over large spans of concrete. The waterproofing material must not only cope with the movement of the building, but also be designed to resist aging that leads to the weakening of the bond on the concrete and causes failure of the system.
A flexible material is essential so that it does not crack with movement.
Re-injection hose is a range of specially designed, hollow-core, PVC injection hose systems. A perforated hoses/channels installed in construction joints prior to the concrete pour. Once the encasing concrete has hardened sufficiently around it, the hose can be injected with a resin. Primed with resin and then sealed at one end, the pressure within the hose is increased as more resin is pushed in, until the release pressure is reached, and the low viscosity liquid is discharged into the joint. It then sets to a rubber or gel-like consistency (depending on the resin type), sealing the joint.
Benefits of using injection hose:
- Installation directly into the construction joint
- Can be used in challenging and complex situations
- Flexible alternative to traditional joint waterproofing systems
- Suitable for use where adverse weather conditions are expected
- An injectable solution to ensure a watertight joint for the life of the structure
- No kicker required, therefore reducing site labour and construction programme
